Located at the center of Fort Lauderdale’s tourist hub, Dania Pointe features twin hotel towers anchoring the main street retail, with unmatched visibility from I-95 and dedicated structured parking to the east of the towers, offering a prime hospitality opportunity to serve the millions of tourists pouring into the area.
Greater Fort Lauderdale saw 12.8 million visitors in 2017, which was a 4.3% increase over 2016. This tourist mecca is also home to FLL airport, which has recently expanded to increase daily international and domestic flights, and the Port Everglades Cruise Port, which saw 4.1 million passengers in 2017.
The project will consist of a full-service 14-story 196 room Marriott and a 11-story 154 room AC Hotel by Marriott. The hotels will be built above 25,000 square feet of retail space, and will feature separate sky lobbies, ballrooms and meeting space, and an amenity deck with an infinity pool, pool deck, spa and gym.
